fairly clean hotel in a marvellous and unbeatable location, exceptionally comfortable bed. nice and unobtrusive staff at the reception desk, airy superior queen room. very easy to get from vienna international airport, just 25 km.

Super clean room with a comfy bed. A lovely breakfast spread. Only downside was some street noise, but it didn't ruin the fun. Perfect spot for exploring Vienna's Christmas markets too!

The front desk staff were polite as can be, ya know? Thank you for that! I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, unlike some other places I've been. The breakfast was okay, but coulda used more hot options. You could hear a bit of noise from the street, too.

The rooms are extremely small if you put in an extra bed. The windows are thinn so you hear all of the activity on the street. This is not a 3-star hotel unless you are using Italian standards. The price for a room is too high as well compared to what services were offerred.
