Had a cozy stay at Zipser! Super clean room with a comfy bed. A lovely breakfast spread. Only downside was some street noise, but it didn’t ruin the fun. Perfect spot for exploring Vienna’s Christmas markets too!

Ope, my stay was okay but kinda cramped in the bathroom. The front desk staff were polite as can be, ya know? Thank you for that! I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, unlike some other places I've been. The breakfast was okay, but coulda used more hot options. You could hear a bit of noise from the street, too.

Had a great stay for four nights! Spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Conveniently located near shops and transport. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Had a balcony for ourselves, which provided a nice touch for enjoying the fresh air. The room was spacious enough for a couple, making for a comfortable stay.

Noise from the inner court was unavoidable, echoing from all adjoining rooms. it disrupted sleep even with earplugs. Sharing the cramped bathroom with a washing area wasn’t ideal and felt inconvenient. I expected better separation. Only two electrical sockets limited accessibility for charging devices, and the shower felt too small to move around comfortably.

Room quality inconsistent!!! Construction noise from early morning was unbearable!!! Limited hot food options available at breakfast!!! Inadequate number of outlets in room created inconveniences!!! Unpleasant odors in bathrooms persisted throughout my stay!!!

the zipser has a great location, just a short walk to the city center. my premium double room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. the shower had excellent pressure, and the rain shower feature was a nice touch.

Couple find comfort with friendly vibes

The staff was genuinely friendly, like when they made us fabulous sandwiches for our early flight. It was a small gesture, but it really made our morning better, you know? The hotel is right near the metro station, so we barely had to wait to get anywhere.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

We appreciated the hotel's location just a short walk from the U-Bahn, making it super easy to explore all the major tourist sites. We were also within a 20-minute walking distance to the Museums Quarter and had many wonderful dining options nearby. The tranquility of the area was a plus, yet we were only about a 5-minute stroll from the Rathaus underground station.

We did notice a bit of street noise that sometimes interrupted our sleep, which was a minor drawback.

The Executive Double Room was pretty comfy! The bed was fantastic, and I loved having a fridge for cold drinks. Bathing was a breeze in the clean bathroom with a good shower. The room was a solid size too. However, it's worth noting that it could use a little refreshing to feel more modern. It was nice that it had tea and coffee available, though! A cozy setup overall for my stay.

Wi-Fi was reliable and the bar area was nice for a late drink. A bit cramped at breakfast.
